A combination of natural butter and oils that you can easily melt down and add your favorite flavor or essential oils. This base is even safe enough to add mica minerals without changing the consistency of the base. We give you a few options for bases to choose from. The Application-Celebration
Cut the desired amount of base to melt, use a double boiler method to meltdown base. Add flavor or essential oils of choice. Once the base is melted add to lip balm tubes let sit for 15-20 minutes before using.
